The Hillside Elementary PTO is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. We are volunteer run and financially supported through fundraising. There are different ways that we raise money to directly benefit our students and school community, including:


Direct Appeals 


Product Sales

This includes things like Spirit Wear, Charleston Wrap, 1st Day School Supplies, and event concessions.


Fundraising Programs

These are donations we receive through loyalty programs offered by retail stores and online shopping sites such as Harris Teeter's Together in Education. Link your loyalty accounts and a portion of the proceeds from your eligible purchases will be donated to the Hillside PTO. Fundraising Events

These are events that serve as both fundraisers and a way for the community to come together. Events include Family Movie Night, Spirit Days and Restaurant Nights, Fun Run, Family Dance Night, and the Annual Auction and Raffle. Get the full Hillside PTO Calendar and mark yours!

Hillside Organization of Parents and Educators (EIN: 14-1945189) is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization, under the section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All charitable donations are deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.
